Company takes employees on all-expense trip to Bali, internet asks “Any vacancies available?”

An Australian company is making waves online for taking all of its staff to Bali, Indonesia on an all-expenses-paid trip.

The company, Sydney-based marketing firm Soup Agency, took the employees to Bali for two weeks. And his boss is now labeled as the “best boss in the world”.

The company shared a video of the trip to its Instagram handle on June 9 which is now going viral. “A recap of Bali – first holiday-teamwork,” the caption read.

In the viral video, employees are seen doing morning hikes, quad biking, working by the pool, doing yoga, and eating and drinking together while attending meetings.

According to the post, the trip was organized in May this year.

Users were amused and posted a deluge of comments. “Lucky employees…we can only dream of it,” wrote one user.

“If only I could have such a cool agency and boss,” a second user commented.

A third wrote: ‘Vacancies available??’

According to the company’s website, Soup Agency is an independent digital marketing agency in Sydney, and is known for inventive, data-driven campaigns that deliver exceptional results.

In May this year, a Las Vegas casino surprised its 5,400 employees by offering each of them a bonus of $5,000 (Rs 3.86 lakh), according to ABC7.

Employees were filled with tears of joy after the announcement from Bill McBeath, CEO of The Cosmopolitan. The total cost of bonuses for the 5,400 employees was $27 million (Rs 208 crore), according to the report.

The Cosmopolitan CEO also granted vacation trips to San Diego and Hawaii to his two corporate employees, Staci Stafford, a homeschooler and Samira Harbali, a waitress at the lodge.
